We offer the free ground shipping ( 2 to 3 Months ) for all the world for all order over 400.00 USD .
For orders of $400.00 or more, we are pleased to offer free regular Ground shipping, anywhere in the world.
For orders of $399.99 or less, regular shipping (expedited parcel) is $35.00 for anywhere in North America.
For all the other Countries, you could choose on the cart :
Surface Shipping, by Boat, 2 to 3 months
Expedited International 10 to 20 Business days
or
Express Shipping 5 to 14 Business Days

Note that if your parcel is less than 2 Kilogrames, it will not have a tracking number. If you like to have more informations, contact Éric at info@claudeberry.com .

When a parcel arrive in your country it is the decision of the customs officer, it is possible your country decided to charge you a custom or dutees. It is the decision of the customs officer, but is it rare.

Tracking Number
We use Canada Post for all our deliveries throughout the world. With Canada Post, you can track your package on the Web (Canadapost.ca) all the way to its final destination with a “tracking number.” As soon as your parcel is sent, we will send you an email with the tracking number of your parcel.
All our parcels are insured, and our packaging expertise allows us to guarantee that you will receive your order in perfect condition. If you are absent when your parcel is delivered, the postman will leave a note at your door and your parcel will await you at your post office for 2 weeks.

Policy of return:
We pay for shipping fees for returns when the returned pieces are defective, were damaged during shipping, or need to be replaced.
In all other cases, the shipping fees will be paid for entirely by the customer. Shipping, insurance and handling expenses incurred by the Claude Berry store for the shipping of your parcel will be also deducted from the amount of your refund.
We ask you to use Canada Post or USPS (United States Postal Service) to send us back the pieces. If you use another transporter, the custom fees must be paid by you.
