Gien Chevaux du Vent

Considered as the noblest conquest of man, these pure-bred
Arab horses, also termed« Horses of the wind »
or « Birds without wings » invariably gallop onto the scene,
bedecked with their harnesses and colours.
They come to life on the pieces
and appear astoundingly true-to-life.
Proposed by Gien Faience.
The colour of the paper used as background for the decor and
the touches of colours and light, the edges and chalk strokes
create a pretty contrast with the highly coloured pageant
costumes of these pure-bred horses, often associated
to the everyday life of Princes.
The visiting card tray and mugs can be used
for instance as such office accessories
as pen-holders and letter trays…
