For all orders over $300.00, we offer free regular shipping (expedited parcel) to our North American customers.

For all orders under $299.99, a $35.00 fee is applied for shipping within North America.

“Expedited Parcel” shipping takes 8-12 business days. If you want faster transport, click on "Mode of transport" when ordering and choose the one that suits you.

Tracking number  :

We use Canada Post for all our deliveries around the world. With this carrier, you will be able to virtually track your package to the delivery address using the "Tracking number".

All our packages are insured and our expertise in packaging, allows us to guarantee the receipt of your goods in good condition.

If you are absent when you receive your package, the postman will leave a note at your door and your package will be waiting for you at your post office for 2 weeks.

Return Policy :

The postage costs incurred by a return of goods are at our expense when the returned parts are defective, have been damaged in transport or for a replacement.

 

In any other case, the costs incurred will be paid in full by the buyer. The postage, insurance and handling costs incurred by the Boutique Claude Berry for sending your package will also be deducted from the amount of the refund .

We ask that you use Canada Post or USPS (United States Postal Service) to send us the parts. If you use another carrier, customs fees will be your responsibility.
